Access
Collection of imagery on testosterone boxes of a transmasculine person taking their shot. The boxes are then glued back together, denying the viewer full access to the experience. As access to hormones is becoming scarce, this piece questions the relationship between cisgender viewers to transgender art. Cisgender people get a broad view of trans experiences through queer art, but what access are trans folks gaining in return? If nothing, how can we curate who and what we give access to.
